New integration with KeyNest

At Icnea, we’re pleased to announce the arrival of a new service integrated into our property management software, designed to help our clients streamline the key handover process for their guests quickly and securely. We’re pleased to welcome, KeyNest!

How does KeyNest work?

KeyNest helps guests, cleaning staff, and maintenance teams access keys easily and independently.
  1. The key is deposited at a local KeyNest point. These are usually located in shops open 24/7, or in cafés and hotels.
  2. The host shares access to the key. This way, the guest or cleaning/maintenance staff receive the handover instructions and a 6-digit code for the KeyNest point.
  3. The key is collected using the code, while the host receives a real-time notification confirming the pickup.
